Retaining Wall Blocks (GEO-Blocks)

The structures are built with only a small labor force of three to four people per team. The foundation can be either a small blinding mix concrete footing of 300 x 150 mm or, for walls that are not in sensitive location, it can be a well compacted gravel base. The important point is that whichever system is used that the surface is very accurately levelled. The block itself is the facing element in a segmental retaining wall or modular block system for constructing architecturally pleasing landscape using retaining wall structures.
